A little About ME

I feel like I was born with a camera in my hand (something I inherited from my father).

Although I do like the instant gratification digital photography allows, I miss my old High School dark room. Ohhhh the thrill of seeing that black and white photo appear.

One day I was taking photos of my kids sports teams, for my church youth group and for friends family pics … the next thing I knew I was being paid for it and actually making this hobby a side business.

Natures beauty is my all time love. Road trips are my favorite. So many things to see and appreciate. Maybe one day I will start selling my prints. Also I tend to ramble =)

Photography session can often be stressful, rushed and a bit generic. I like to have fun and make this an enjoyable experience. I raised two very active boys. I expect kids to laugh, play, cry and even fight with siblings. These are real life moments and I do enjoy capturing them all. I try to make everyone feel comfortable so that the smiles and laughter is authentic, not forced. This is my goal whether it be family pictures, a boudoir session or a conference. Cant wait to meet you… or see you again =)
